Delivery of keys : it is done from 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon after leaving the deposit required (by check, cash or credit cards). Check our mobile home rentals in Hendaye. Pets are not allowed.
Electrical hook ups : Male European plugs are mandatory; bring along an extension cord (the electrical terminals group together several remote pitches). See all our campsite pitches.
Reception hours : Off season 12:00 pm and from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, and from July to August from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm without interruption.
Entrance gate : it is closed at midnight during the season, the “pedestrian” gate remains open.
Payment on site : credit cards, holiday checks, cash. Bank checks are not accepted.
Laundry :laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board (iron may be borrowed). Chips sold at reception desk.
Miscellaneous rentals : refrigerated lockers, baby kits, televisions, linens, barbecues (advance booking recommended, deposit required)
Pool : the Ametza bracelet must be worn at the pool, as well as throughout the entire campsite for the duration of the stay. Bathing suits are mandatory.
Visitors : they will present themselves at the reception desk and fulfil a fee (displayed) to the extent that they have access to campsite facilities. The visitor will leave his car outside the campsite; the comfort of the Ametza Campsite customers is given priority.
Transport in Hendaye : free shuttle bus to the beach, Hendaye Hegobus shuttle bus, shuttle boat Marie-Louise(Hendaye-Hondarribia),”topo” euskotren(Hendaye-StSébastien), taxis.
