Il est équipé d’un climatisation réversible.Dans les chambres, un lit 140×190 et 2 lits 80×190 dont 1 en mezzanine sont équipés d’alèses, d’oreillers et de couettes. Les draps sont fournis. Les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournies (possibilité de les louer en supplément). La cuisine est équipée (voir inventaire), avec un frigo-congélateur et un lave-vaisselle. La salle de bain est avec douche et lavabo, les toilettes sont séparées. Sur la terrasse intégrée couverte est installé un salon de jardin avec table et 4 chaises. Certains mobil-homes de ce modèle ont vue sur mer.
L’ajout d’une tente n’est pas accepté à côté de la location.
